Went in gave them my INS card, was filling out the tablet with information when that call me up to front desk. Sorry we don't accept your insurance. What? We discussed this before appt. Turns out I needed a gold star on my card? Complete waste of time, did not ask me when booking appt. I'm very disappointed and a tad upset. Learn to ask correct questions when new patients call in. Also had to inform my provider because they did not know they no longer take mine. Be sure you ask deep inquiries, an take name of who you spoke to date/ time. Now I'm back to square one, an still worried ALOT about my pitcular issue.
