and Queens, founded by Dr. Kanwarpaul S. Grewal, D.O., a UCSF dual fellowship-trained orthopedic
spine surgeon. The practice operates Nassau County's only orthopedic urgent care at its East Meadow
office, with same-day appointments for acute spine and musculoskeletal injuries. The Westbury
location houses the interventional pain management suite for fluoroscopically-guided procedures
performed by Dr. Mahmudul Patwary, a Stony Brook Medicine fellowship-trained pain specialist.
Eleven languages are spoken across the practice, eight at physician level — including Punjabi, Hindi,
Urdu, Arabic, Russian, Bengali, Mandarin, and English. Affiliated with Northwell Health, NYU Langone
