I waited for nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time, only to be informed that the doctor had not yet arrived at the office. When I inquired why this information was not provided upon my arrival, I was told that it had been overlooked. I found this to be quite unprofessional.

I was seen by the PA who seemed like he didn't even want to be there. Didn't even bother to introduce himself until I asked who he was. Seemed very rushed.

Dr. Grewal is a great doctor and a great person, he treats his patients with respect, listens to them ! Most importantly he's honest doesn't candy coat things as most doctors do. I've been seeing Dr. Grewal since 2017 when he had to put me back together after a failed spine surgery that was done by another doctor. I'm glad he's my doctor and he saw me as a patient. I wouldn't change him for anything.

The staff in this office seem to lack professionalism. I overheard one of the employees making derogatory comments about another patients at the reception desk. The person who checked me in seem confused about my co-pay, which is clear on my insurance card. There was a significant delay in me getting follow up radiology testing because the office ignored the radiologist's request for authorization.

The visit was good. Jazzy, the receptionist, was very friendly and efficient. The PA I saw, I didn't catch his name was very direct and to the point.

I normally don’t do this but I have to this time.
I have been to 3 doctors visits only for them to tell me that that they don’t deal with my insurance for the procedure I need. Then when I called to address things in a calm manner I spent 15 minutes Getting transferred to different departments and then the last transfer just hung up on me.
I am in a lot of back pain and I feel like I wasted my time and I couldn’t find one single person to explain to me why they kept booking me for appointments when they knew what insurance I had and that they couldn’t help me.
I would never recommend this place. They are not clear on the treatment protocols and I had to call my insurance company to see what the hold up was and my insurance informed me they never received the authorization letter. Today I found out they never sent it because they don’t deal with my insurance but they kept booking me for appointments only to ask me how am I doing?
So frustrating! I could have went to someone else!
