While you'll be responsible for the full cost of our sessions at the time of service, we provide you with detailed superbills. These superbills are crucial tools that allow you to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

I have been meeting with Shannon for almost two years and I cannot express how much she has helped me. I was struggling with patterns of disordered eating and mental distress and Shannon guided me through actionable steps to take to bring me back to a state of health and wellness. She often seems to read my mind when I am unable to articulate my thoughts and feelings and it is so comforting to have a trusted outlet who intends to understand rather than judge or sympathize.
