Well, I'm new to therapy. It was intimidating & exciting. I'm on a self healing journey myself, and I decided a therapist would be the first thing on my list the minute I had insurance. She is naturally charismatic, she is naturally a good listener and she is naturally kind. She isn't just here to hear you vent without finding a way to assist or judge you for the amazing (no matter how great or bad) , but give the best tools to deal with things that keep triggering you. She's here to truly help assess what's going on and what it could be attached to. She utilizes active listening, reiterates, then reads you like a book. I'm excited to have this amazing woman help me so far.

I usually don’t write reviews unless the service was really bad or really really good, however i do read reviews before making a decision and I have got to say that my meeting was amazing. We had a few technical issues to get the meeting started nothing on her end but once we got started the conversation flowed. she asked open ended questions, she was asking questions that showed that she was listening and at the end we wrapped up with some homework to tie everything together. I left feeling better than I came and i will continue to see her. She has an amazing energy, you feel like you are talking to a friend, for me it was like talking to my close aunt.

I highly recommend CG as a therapist. I was kinda skeptical at first reaching out for therapy. In the past I’ve came across a few individuals whom I just didn’t click with. She also provides tools, mental exercises, and any support or suggestions she can to help. Initially I was planning on seeking therapy for a short amount of time.
