Robyn gives Auntie I’ve never had. The auntie you spill all of the tea to but she comes back with wisdom and love.
This has been a life changing experience for me. Robyn has helped me understand how trauma has impacted me and she helps me have compassion towards myself while allowing me to be open minded. She has created a safe space that I did not realize I needed so desperately. Therapy has helped me to manage my emotions by having compassion and empathy for myself. Robyn has empowered me to dive deeper in self reflection. Robyn has been warm with me since day one, she is so soothing to talk to and she really helps me through difficult conversations and difficult emotions. This was the best thing I ever did for myself and I am so thankful that I was able to do it with someone who resembles me as an African American woman. Robyn is also very educated and she sheds knowledge on me surrounding psychology and mental health every session I learn something new that shifts my perspective in such a major way.
I wish I could choose more of those options.
Every session I have had with Robyn has been life-changing. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she tells me the truth.
