Dr Dena has been very helpful in helping me identify behaviors that no longer serve me, and offering avenues to more healthy ways to heal and enrich my relationship with myself and those around me.
Why can I only pick 2?
Dr. Dena is the best therapist I have had especially because she is very humble and talks to you as an equal instead of an authority figure. She has a real knack for being able to relate to clients and speak to them in ways that are approachable. For example, Dr. Dena will use the colloquialisms I use to help me better understand the solutions and tools she suggests might help. This is a really big deal in terms of helping better relate to clients and feeling comfortable and truly understanding and appreciating the expertise she shares. I feel so grateful to have found her and can't express enough how much she has changed my life for the better.
