He is very good I would suggest to break the ice at the beginning. Now I feel more comfortable. Sometimes therapist look around and it is because you are reading stuff and tools that help to the session (i am a therapist myself). It is important to share that with the client. Because sometimes you don't know if they are really listening or not

Megan Mayne is an amazing listener.... I have SOOOO many words and she is excellent at parsing through the sheer mass of my words to ask me important questions about what I told her, so I can reflect and give and insightful, thoughtful answers. I look forward to talking to her every week! She has gently pushed me to empower myself with reasonable and doable tasks and I feel stronger and better every day. She rocks! MEGAN MAYNE!!!!

Nora is an exceptional clinician. As a clinician myself, it can be a challenge to find a provider who has the know-how and skill to work with another mental health provider- but Nora is that therapist. Anyone looking for support while pregnant or postpartum would be fortunate to have Nora on their team.
