Growth and Gratitude Therapy

Have you been wrestling with feeling anxious, isolated, or ashamed? Is your relationship an uphill battle that feels like more of a burden than a pleasure? Struggling with these feelings can be exhausting. Seeking out help in therapy is an act of bravery that puts you in the drivers seat to change your life. You do not need to continue feeling pain or pushing people away. I am here to help couples, young adults, and adults to transcend overwhelming feelings that get in the way of feeling fulfilled and joyful. My practice specializes in working with individuals and couples who are working to grow their ability to break free from dysfunctional patterns and become more mindful. I have been helping people transcend childhood traumas and toxic relationships professionally since 2008 and know the amazing results that come from a therapeutic relationship. It is my pleasure to provide these services as I know first hand the difficulty and discomfort involved with seeking out and trusting a new therapist. I look forward to working with you and helping you get the support you need.
