Horrible patient service. After being told my insurance was accepted, I was charged an outrageous deductible for three check up Telehealth visits that lasted less than 15 minutes TOTAL combined. Called the office multiple times over the course of three weeks to get billing issues sorted out, left messages, emails to get into contact with them, and the customer service was horrific. Bad attitude, weeks upon weeks to hear a response at all, and don't even get me started on billing. They send you a bill one day before they charge your card. And you are required to give them your card information when you make an appointment. Providers tell you that you need to do weekly follow-ups even when symptoms are gone and upsell you on unnecessary visits/care. Worst healthcare experience I've ever had.
