Gubello Mobile Physical Therapy
About Me
I’m Graig Gubello, PT, DPT, a physical therapist with over a decade of experience treating movement dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, and balance impairments. I’ve worked across acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings, giving me a broad perspective on recovery at all stages. I’ve completed advanced training in manual therapy through the University of St. Augustine, the Institute of Clinical Excellence, and the Maitland Australian approach. I enjoy helping active adults and older adults stay mobile, independent, and engaged in the activities they value.
My Approach to Care
I take a personalized, whole-person approach to physical therapy, focusing on your goals, lifestyle, and what matters most to you. Treatment combines hands-on care, targeted exercise, and education to help you move better and feel more confident. I prioritize building strength, balance, and long-term resilience rather than quick fixes. My goal is to help you return to the activities you enjoy—without relying on unnecessary medications or surgery.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking Colorado peaks, trail running, climbing, and exploring the outdoors—living the active lifestyle I help my patients get back to.
What to Expect in Your First Session
Your first session will begin with a comprehensive evaluation where I’ll ask about your medical history, current symptoms, and goals for physical therapy. I’ll then perform a physical assessment to better understand your movement patterns, strength, and any limitations. The session typically lasts 60 minutes and includes both hands-on treatment and education about your condition. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, and bring any relevant medical records or imaging reports if available. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a clear understanding of your treatment plan along with a few simple exercises to begin your recovery.
