I Felt very ignored. When I started the video chat The doctor was in his car driving The whole entire time. The doctor did not even read my notes that I put in the system. He just got on the video call and just ask me all the questions over again. Didn’t really listen to any of my concerns . But the doctor was very nice but just very unprofessional on where he decided to have the video chat just a bad representation of his office. Never again

I had telemed visits with this provider, however, I'm very pleased. He was concerned and gave me great tips on how to do better for my blood pressure along with medication and I feel incredible. Dr Guevara is an extremely knowledgeable diagnostician. He listened carefully and was able to tell us what was wrong. He put us totally at ease. I would highly recommend him. As an added benefit, his office manager is very nice.
