I specialize in ADHD care for children, teens, and adults, providing comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation and treatment focused on improving real-life functioning—not just symptoms. Many individuals come in feeling overwhelmed, struggling with focus, follow-through, or a constant sense of trying to keep up despite their best efforts. You may recognize this in yourself if you start tasks but have difficulty finishing them, feel disorganized or chronically behind, procrastinate even on things that matter to you, or have been told you are capable but inconsistent. For many, this is not a lack of effort—we will find out if it's ADHD.
ADHD often presents differently depending on the individual and is frequently misunderstood or missed, especially in women and girls. Adult women may experience internal overwhelm, anxiety, emotional intensity, perfectionism, and chronic guilt, often having been previously treated for anxiety or depression without full relief.
Adult men may notice difficulty sustaining attention, inconsistent performance, irritability, or challenges with follow-through.
Girls often present with quiet inattentiveness and emotional sensitivity, while boys may show more external hyperactivity and impulsivity.
ADHD is not one-size-fits-all and typically presents as inattentive, hyperactive/impulsive, or combined types, with symptoms evolving across the lifespan.
My approach is comprehensive, thoughtful, and clinically grounded. You will receive a full psychiatric evaluation, a comprehensive ADHD assessment, a detailed review of developmental history and current functioning, and screening for overlapping or alternative conditions. This ensures that any diagnosis is as accurate as possible and that treatment is appropriate and effective.
Treatment is individualized and collaborative, and I manage the full spectrum of ADHD care. This includes stimulant and non-stimulant medication options, as well as adjunctive treatments when clinically appropriate. In addition to medication, we can focus on practical strategies, including executive functioning support, emotional regulation, behavioral tools, and lifestyle structure, to improve day-to-day functioning. Medication decisions are made thoughtfully and safely based on clinical presentation.
