Most relevant
I waited to be seen and had to call the office. I feel bad for giving such a low review as the receptionist was really sweet!
But they:
a. Didn’t even know I had made the appointment (despite Zocdoc’s confirmation of my appointment).
b. Didn’t take my insurance despite advertising specifically that they accepted take my particular insurance.
He may be a perfectly lovely doctor - but I never got to see him. :(

They do not prescribe ketamine outside of the office. The profile for the provider should specify the policy but it doesn’t. Since it says they do prescribe so don’t waste your time if that is what your looking for other than that it was a good appointment
