If you are going any for a simple cold and have a lot of time then it’s an okay place, but wait time is unbelievably long. If you need anything extra like an ear flush due to an ear infection do not let them do anything more than a flush! I have had ear flushes done before and it’s always been smooth but at this new place they failed to get all the wax out so the nurse went in with some tools which was fine and she even admitted that she didn’t want to continue in fear of making me bleed. I appreciated that honesty. Then the doctor comes in and checks my ears once again and saw she couldn’t get all the wax out so he proceeds to stick this scooper told far down my ear. I told him it hurt and his response was “I will prescribe you pain medicine” when he should’ve just stopped. After that I said I prefer to go somewhere else like an ENT. And he proceeds to use another “tool” which I’m not even sure if it was a professional tool or just a metal bar and he shoved it in my ear and I try to get back from him as I say I can’t do this cause it hurt so bad. It was so unprofessional of him to continue being pushy after I said how much it hurt. My ear hurt for a good three hours after that. Do not recommend as a primary care doctor. An emergency cold appointment should be fine if needed but other wise steer clear.
Very good experience here. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and waited patiently while I figured out issues with my payment method. They were also very gentle with drawing my blood. The NP was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns, taking time to talk them over one by one.
