I’m sorry but I will NEVER want to be seen by this doctor. Her criticism and smart judgment remarks and not at all knowledgeable to using any sonograph machine. No pictures were given because she claimed her machine was too old and didn’t know how to use it. Prenatal vitamins were suppose to be given to my pharmacy and was never sent out and she was very very RUDE. I don’t like giving out bad reviews on anyone but for the first time being pregnant and having this first time experience she made it extremely difficult and made me cry dealing with her . Never again….

I was not seen by the doctor I made the appointment with. Instead I was seen by a NP/PA, and was not notified. Her bedside manner was a bit unwelcoming. She was talking loudly on the phone in the hallway while patients were waiting to be seen, after about 35 mins after my appointment time, I was finally called in, no apologies were offered.

Dr. Natalia Rezvina is a brilliant female gynecologist at an office for women, by women—an absolute gem whom I recommend highly. She is a true 'old-school' physician, taking her time, never rushed, methodical, thorough, leaves no stone unturned. She carefully explains her diagnostic reasoning, and has the grace to deliver unpopular truths with genuine kindness.
?When I received questionable test results, Dr. Rezvina personally called me forten minutes to talk, schedule my next appointment, and get my pharmacy preference. Beyond her exceptional medical knowledge, she is humble, humorous, polite, and deeply personable. The entire office atmosphere reflects a profound level of empathy; as a woman and a physician who truly understands and lives the patient's experience firsthand, Dr. Rezvina incorporates that insight and compassion directly into her care. It is entirely clear that she does this work not to chase a large paycheck, but because her work is a calling deeply tied to her spirit.

The convenience of being able to last-minute schedule an appointment here means it was more or less a bare-bones experience. The doctor herself had great bedside manner, and I was seen promptly. A lot of places do this but I feel like I was automatically pushed to get a blood test and an ultrasound, which for my concerns weren't actually needed. I had to push back on the blood test, otherwise the nurse would have automatically given me one. I'd go here if you know what you want and need it quickly, for this purpose it was fine.

First, I did not get seen by the doctor I selected on Zocdoc. This is a review about the practice - K&K Gyno in Midtown South. I completed a breast cancer genetic test here and the team could not be bothered to tell me the results. It was awful.
Once I got the initial test, I got an automatic email notification for a follow up appointment in two weeks - this was odd because they did not specify that I would receive a follow up appointment so I was confused and they did not check my availability (the appointment conflicted with my reschedule and I had to call to change it). Shortly before my appointment, they called and canceled the follow up because the results were not ready. I had to call multiple times to reschedule a phone call with the doctor to learn my results. It was a horrible experience - do not go here.

Highly recommend not going here. They messed up my insurance claim submission, and I was hit with a massive bill for basic lab tests, that has taken me over two hours to get sorted out. They charged me via zelle for the appointment because they said their cc machine was not set up yet. Then my insurance company told me they were supposed to refund me a large portion of office visit fee back, but they had not done so. When I called their billing dept to get this refund, they said they will refund be, but they can only send via check by mail, and it will come in 10 business days. They also took a long time to get my lab results back to me.

Don’t bother with the convenience, especially since they’re open on weekends.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Despite arriving 45 minutes before my appointment, I waited nearly three hours only to be told that the scan I needed is not performed there. This could have been communicated much earlier and would have saved me significant time and frustration.
Throughout the visit, I repeatedly explained my medical concern but was asked for the same information multiple times, making it seem like my concerns were not being properly communicated or documented.
What made the experience worse was the lack of empathy when the issue was finally addressed. Rather than clearly explaining the process, I felt the blame was shifted onto me. Patients rely on medical professionals for guidance and clear communication. The excessive wait, poor communication, and lack of professionalism made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this office. Look at Google reviews

I would not recommend this practice, the other reviews here were most likely fake. The office was dirty and unprofessional from the moment I arrived (with a QR code for payment via Zelle for some reason), receptionists are unprofessional and have questionable hygiene, and communication was poor. There was virtually no intake process – I was not asked about my medical history, concerns, restrictions, or any of the basic information I would expect before an OB-GYN appointment.
The visit itself felt rushed and transactional. There seemed to be a strong focus on additional testing and charges, and they tried to bill me a specialist copay even though this was supposed to be a routine OB-GYN visit. The blood draw was unnecessarily rough and rushed by the nurse, and the doctor (who is NOT the one I booked on Zocdoc) seemed eager to get in and out rather than spend time addressing questions or concerns. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

Saw a blonde doctor instead. She can into the waiting room saying ever patient’s business for everyone to hear. I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment and she was rude! She didn’t explain what she was doing before doing it and seemed like she was rushing answering the questions I asked her. Terrible!
