Highly recommend not going here. They messed up my insurance claim submission, and I was hit with a massive bill for basic lab tests, that has taken me over two hours to get sorted out. They charged me via zelle for the appointment because they said their cc machine was not set up yet. Then my insurance company told me they were supposed to refund me a large portion of office visit fee back, but they had not done so. When I called their billing dept to get this refund, they said they will refund be, but they can only send via check by mail, and it will come in 10 business days. They also took a long time to get my lab results back to me.

Don’t bother with the convenience, especially since they’re open on weekends.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Despite arriving 45 minutes before my appointment, I waited nearly three hours only to be told that the scan I needed is not performed there. This could have been communicated much earlier and would have saved me significant time and frustration.
Throughout the visit, I repeatedly explained my medical concern but was asked for the same information multiple times, making it seem like my concerns were not being properly communicated or documented.
What made the experience worse was the lack of empathy when the issue was finally addressed. Rather than clearly explaining the process, I felt the blame was shifted onto me. Patients rely on medical professionals for guidance and clear communication. The excessive wait, poor communication, and lack of professionalism made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this office. Look at Google reviews

I would not recommend this practice, the other reviews here were most likely fake. The office was dirty and unprofessional from the moment I arrived (with a QR code for payment via Zelle for some reason), receptionists are unprofessional and have questionable hygiene, and communication was poor. There was virtually no intake process – I was not asked about my medical history, concerns, restrictions, or any of the basic information I would expect before an OB-GYN appointment.
The visit itself felt rushed and transactional. There seemed to be a strong focus on additional testing and charges, and they tried to bill me a specialist copay even though this was supposed to be a routine OB-GYN visit. The blood draw was unnecessarily rough and rushed by the nurse, and the doctor (who is NOT the one I booked on Zocdoc) seemed eager to get in and out rather than spend time addressing questions or concerns. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

I did an evaluation online and was told I need HRT as well I’m living with osteoposis arthritis. i’m extremely happy that my case was diagnosed here after careful examination. A week before a different doctor wasnt able to diagnose and i was very worried. Dr Natalia is an exceptionally qualified specialist. Friendly attentive, great bedside manner. Really takes her time to listen to your complaints, to do really thorough examination, to explain everything that is going on and to plan further treatment
Front desk was lovely too so efficient so friendly definitely superior to anything I have seen before

Even though she wasn’t a high-risk doctor, (MFM) it’s a good sign she was
went thorough and took time to explain things in detail. If she herself said she’s not MFM and was surprised by the appointment type, then she likely isn’t one. we had a good, informative visit ??
But it likely didn’t fulfill the original goal of seeing a high-risk specialist

The first thing the office assistant greeted me with is that they don't accept credit cards so I need to use Zelle. They didn't have the infrastructure to accept payments and were unfriendly in welcoming me to the space. The nurse was also very cold.
I don't usually leave reviews but I would STRONGLY avoid going here - incredibly unprofessional and I was shocked this was a legit medical clinic. I wasn't even seen by the doctor I made my Zocdoc appointment with.

Dr Rezvina is a great GYN doctor, if you have questions about any personal issues, she is very helpful. I've been seeing her for several years if you need someone with compassion and consideration, she is the one to see.
No shame in her game, sometimes we as women are skeptical about talking about the things that affect us. Natalia is here for us.
