I originally went to Olateju Odumosu to get a second opinion about a medication another psychiatrist had prescribed me and Olateju Odumosu went above and beyond not only to find out if I was a right fit for my prescription but to recommend additional testing to confirm the most effective treatment. I felt seen, heard, and comfortable. A great experience!

While I appreciate the service ZocDoc provided, there was significant confusion regarding the providers's status in my health coverage network.
The filter in Zocdoc indicated the provider was in network but I later got a notification, from Zocdoc, that they weren't. I later confirmed directly with the provider that they were indeed in network.

Horrible listener. Assumed things. Got mad at me for not remembering to tell him something when I am here for to CONTINUE my meds from my past provider not be re evaluated by a NP who thinks they’re a psychiatrist and tell me that 40 mg of adderal is “dangerous” this man is laughable. He also thinks he knows better than the patient when they have been on the same meds that have worked just fine for the last 15 years. Disgraceful

I'm in my early 40s and have seen many psychiatrists due to ADD and a more serious condition that impacts my quality of life. After years of false starts, a clinic near my home helped stabilize me with the right medication, significantly improving my life over the past 5-6 years.
Recently, a major life event affected my mental state, and the clinic failed to offer timely support. My long-term therapist left, and after multiple reassignments and a lack of assistance, I knew I needed better care.
Although I was hesitant to start over with a new psychiatrist, I found Henry on ZocDoc. He is intelligent, a great communicator, and clearly cares about his patients. While I’ve only had two appointments, I feel confident I’m in good hands.

Getting screened for mental health conditions can be a very sensitive and vulnerable experience for the patient. I wish Nurse Ibitokun had taken that into account more during my appointment. The questionnaires are pretty frustrating and I know that that has nothing to do with him but he didn't seem to grasp that this exam was a big deal for me and that I might need a little compassion. I do believe that he correctly diagnosed me and set forth a clear plan going forward. I just didn't enjoy the route to get there.
