If you want to look and feel better, Dr Koudsi is your woman! She will not do what she sees will not enhance your appearance. And, I think she's lovely. The girls in the office always remember you and are always willing to help.

I have visited couple of times, always was waited between 30 to 60 mins and the treatment will be done with in 5-10 mins. I was unsatisfied with treatment because they are not caring about patient and the doctor comes so hurry and send back within 5 mins after all made me to wait quiet long time and not even completely listening to patient problem.

She immediately took out a mole on my stomach without consulting me on the procedure or the cost. It left a permanent mark on my stomach despite her instructions to clean and disinfect it afterwards. She then tried to pressure me into getting a deep cleaning procedure by someone who comes into her office that cost more than twice as much compared to others in the area who do the same procedure professionally. She also told me I needed to buy products that were only available from her office- a cleanser, a sunscreen, and a dark spot remover. I found the same products online for a fraction of the cost that she was trying to charge me. This doctor is very dishonest and tries to rip you off in as many ways as possible. I'm embarrassed to know that she graduated from my university.

The Dr was very nice and comfortable to get along with. I with she would have been more thourough in my exam though. I went to get my skin checked for cancer and I stated that. When she didn't check my body I asked her to please check. Her reply was on sure, I will if you'd like me too.
I've never been to a dermatologist before so maybe that's a normal behavior? I did like her though. I wasn't really impressed by the staff, they were not very personable, rarely smiled or talked. But business wise, I got in and got out

I spent a longer time in the waiting room than seeing the doctor. The doctor was packed up on her schedule today. She spent less than three minutes with me while she was seeing patients in between. She was quick to tell me that I needed extra treatments without thoroughly analyzing my needs and the experience I had with this office.

Although she sounded as though knowledgeable, I felt at times I was stuck in a QVC performance for hair loss products. Did not feel heard and was not allowed to ask all the questions I needed answered. The wait was extremely long; one of the persons in the waiting room actually left after 40 minutes wait. I was on pain and needed help, so desperate. I stayed unfortunately.
