I had a sinus/toothache issue and did not end up doing work this time, but Dr. Bafekr was very helpful, patient, and ethical in helping me work through considerations, decisions, and recommendations / referrals. Excellent bedside manner, good listener, and thoughtful, balanced responses to my concerns. Will certainly return here for work.

I had three fillings done but experienced severe pain for three weeks afterward due to issues with the bite and rough edges. Dr. Bafekr did call to check on me and made adjustments when I returned, but I ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere. She provided a full refund without issue, which I appreciated. The experience was difficult, but she was professional about resolving it.
