It was an excellent visi. Dr Hall and his staff are all very nice, personable, friendly and welcoming. I broke my ankle and needed a pre-op physical for surgery and dr hall was able to see me as a first time patient the same day I scheduled online. I will return to see him again.

The experience was horrible. Does Dr. Grant even work there or do you just use her picture online? Dwayne who replaced her was friendly enough but didn't know that I needed prior authorization for the prescription he wrote. All the trouble I took to keep my appointment and GOT NOTHING FOR MY TIME. Your office, that is Hall Healthcare, will get paid from Medicare. However me the patient GOT NOTHING. NO MEDICATION. I'm totally ashamed of myself for being so stupid that I trusted your office. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
