I recently attended my annual OB/GYN visit at a new office. The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Chona was kind, informative, and took the time to provide me with helpful information for my ongoing care.
However, I have concerns regarding the thoroughness of the physical exam. The actual examination lasted approximately five minutes, which felt unusually brief for an annual OB/GYN visit. In my 50 years of receiving care, I have not previously experienced an exam of such short duration.
While I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and physician, I left feeling uncertain about whether the exam was sufficiently comprehensive. I would have preferred a more thorough evaluation and additional time during the examination portion of the visit.

Very friendly staff. Doctor and nurse who helped her was very kind. Very long wait, I arrived for my apt and had to wait about 45min to be seen and the exam itself was only about 10mins. Around 6 parking spaces only out front, very small office. My insurance was approved so no copay, easy to book, and easy to reach by phone. Only negative was the long wait time, and felt sore after my exam. I have never felt a kind of pinching cramp before that started an hour after the exam and for the rest of the day. New experience so depending how the next one goes I will see if this remains my OBGYN because everyone in the office was so nice, but I dont like the pinching sensation I’m getting afterwards.

Scheduled appointment via ZocDoc a great website to make appointments. I arrived 15 mins prior to my appointment. My appointment was an annual wellness check-up with the nurse practitioner. She asked follow up questions and gave recommendations. The office was clean and everyone was friendly.

Receptionist was terribly rude and told me my insurance was invalid because she had typed my birthdate in incorrectly. She was practically yelling at me while I said I did have insurance. Smallest exam room I’ve ever seen. Nurse was filling out my medical history form without knowing the answers… “have you had any surgeries? Oh of course not” actually I’ve had 3 and had to correct her, then it was “allergies, nope skip that” again I do have allergies. She was assuming answers and not listening, I also had to help her spell several basic medical terms. Nurse was timely but poor bedside manner. Would not recommend at all.
