I never received any email, text or call from this provider or their office prior to my appointment. The time came for my appointment and no one called or reached out. No email with info , no link, no call, nothing. Definitely disappointing and a waste of time as I rearranged my whole evening for this visit.
Dr. Shonk was a great, compassionate listener and she asked insightful, thorough questions and follow-up questions. I felt confident in her competency to manage my medical care. Heather began our appointment most looking at her computer without paying close attention to me. Asked me the same questions over and over. In the meanwhile , she was not easy to contact in time of crisis , panick attack and rejected to prescribe a medicine that i know it helps me.
