I felt seen and heard, everyone was very and nice! I left feeling like my issues were beginning to be resolved!

I had a great experience with the doctor, and staff unfortunatley I was given someone else's ID and had to come all the way back. When i tried to reach out to staff i couldn't get anyone on the phone. I did remember hearing that there were no phones available to office staff. I feel that is a irresponsible way to not value communication with patients.
