Hampton Roads Counseling and Supervision Services

I am currently licensed to practic in Virginia , DC and Vermont. I am board approved in the state of Virginia. I am a person-centered therapist and believe in treating all people with unconditional positive regard. My main approach is CBT. My ideal client is one who is aware that they have a problem and are willing to change the way they think. My practice focuses are substance abuse, couples and individual therapy, mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, and adjustment issues.
