Carol had amazing bedside manner. She got to the nitty gritty but in a way that made me feel like I could tell her anything. I've been feeling like I lost all hope lately but my appointment with Carol and the plans we made to move forward gave me that hope back. I'm very happy to have found her and look forward to working more with her.
