I immediately felt comfortable and heard. I have been with this provider for over a year. I am grateful for her connection through Zoc Doc because it is not easy to find and attend sessions with local providers.

Would have preferred if they had mentioned sooner in the appointment that they didn’t believe they were a good fit. Instead of asking questions, taking up the whole hour, when they knew pretty early they weren’t the right fit for me.

Quite a rude and unprofessional experience. Provider said she would share the teleconference details only after she had reviewed my intake forms (fair enough). However on the day of, she did not, I heard nothing from this provider. I reached out 30 mins prior to the call to confirm we would still meet (since no teleconference details had been shared). By the time I received the teleconference details, our session clock had already started and I was not able to connect. I requested a reschedule since she had sent the details late and I was unable to connect. Instead of being flexible, she began threatening to charge me a cancellation fee. We got on a call to speak and she was so condescending, patronizing and rude. Completely shocked by all this I stated that this would not be a match. I’m still shaken from this encounter. Usually a provider shares teleconference details ahead of time to allow patients test connectivity to avoid things like this. Please Be cautious with this person.
