I have had many in person derm visits, but this virtual visit was better than any of them. Hanan Abdelrahman, PA-C is very knowledgeable and treats all of your concerns with a kind and caring demeanor. She was thorough in her assessment and gave clear options and treatment plan. She also is very responsive to any questions and updates you may have. The office was very accommodating and got everything in order very quickly.

She was unbelievable, professional and knew what she was talking about out! I sent her a few photos prior to our meeting per requested. It’s better to be able to see facial redness, hives, etc. she spent time explaining what it could be and to text her in a week and we will go from there. I was put on a regiment and I already see a difference and I’m not spending thousands of dollars (or hundreds). I would go her again and again!

Hi I give a five star but the provider need improvement in telehealth session regarding making the video call more professional. It's better that she fix her location in one place and complete a one hour session without being interrupted and having to do something else and call back.
