I was visiting New York from Orange County, California, when I had the misfortune of falling and injuring my hand. That's when I met Dr. Oren Michaeli in the emergency room, and what a blessing he turned out to be! Dr. Michaeli was not only professional but also very approachable. He sat down with me and took the time to explain my injury in terms I could understand without talking down to me. He laid out different options for treatment, and we talked them over like we were a team. It wasn't just his decision; it was ours. He operated on my hand, and everything went off without a hitch. Back home in OC, my local hand surgeon praised Dr. Michaeli's work, saying he did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Michaeli. If you ever find yourself in need of a hand surgeon, he's the one to see. Not only does he know his stuff, but he also cares about his patients. I'm back to normal now, and I owe it all to Dr. Michaeli's skill and care. I highly recommend him! <3

Dr. Michaeli was very attentive and nice. He saw me last minute as an emergency visit for my broken finger. He took X-rays and operated on my finger that same day in the office. He explained to me each step of the way what he was doing. He even gave me his cell phone number incase I had any emergent concerns. I highly recommend him.
