Doctor Adela is a very friendly, Informative, Honest, and lovely Doctor. She works from her heart and she does her job very well. I was waiting to be called in when I approached the front desk to inquire if my information was correct. An elderly lady told me that my insurance was not accepted because I was under Medicare. Yet the doctor shows under UHC Medicare providers. Never received a call prior to driving and checking in to be seen by the doctor. She blamed it on Jesus who was assisting her the day I called for an appt. I had completed all info online and gave Jesus my insurance card info to verify, which he did advising me all was fine and I was set to see Dr. Castillo on 4/1 at 2:00pm. Terrible organization and never received a call to save me the time/travel.

During my visit I felt like Dr. Maya's way of describing my condition was a little bit pressuring, leaving me the impression that I had a super serious condition. But the nurse who cleaned my teeth afterwards was super sweet and nice. Also they collected my credit card information, which is a little uncomfortable to me.
