A very professsional and effective visit.
Only downside is that they try to push add-ons on you. While I appreciate being informed that my insurance covers some of it, if I don't need the add-on and said so, continuing to push is bad form.

The office staff is friendly, the office is really clean and the doctors are nice but what I dont like after you see the doctors you brought to this other lady and this is where you feel like you being hassel for your money she talks to you real nice get you all in the mode to get you to buy expensive glasses everthing you try on looks nice she really dont go by what the insurance covers she wants you to come outta pocket and if you dont have it then she'll see what the insurance covers bad first experience

The doctor rushed me, even though I was on time for my appointment, but even worse, she was dismissive of the concern I was having, I barely described, she said why she thought it was, I wasn’t so sure and tried to ask what else it could be but she moved on. She actually barely looked at my eyes, it was just all about giving me a new prescription and encouraging new glasses. The office staff is great, everyone is friendly. But they’re very pushy trying to get you to buy glasses/contacts there. And their frames are all pretty pricy.

Best exam I've had so far, I'm only 21 and haven't had many exams, but this was by far one of my favorites. The Dr was very knowledgeable and had genuine interest in my lifestyle needs as a student, and some great suggestions for the future. I will definitely be back for my annual checkup.

Dr. Gurpreet Kaur was so reassuring and good at her job. She solved an issue I was having in 10 minutes. The night before, I was in the ER for 3 hours for the same issue. The ER doctors misdiagnosed me and prescribed medication I didn’t need. I’ve had a lot of doctor experiences similar to that. When a doctor as good as Gurpreet Kaur comes along you really notice and appreciate it. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
