Booked this appointment after experiencing a serious amount of anxiety of the weekend and was very excited to see an appointment available so quickly. After driving over 40minutes to the office, I arrived to a locked door and no one in the office. When phoning the office, I was met with complete confusion by someone who seemed as if she had just woken up (this was 3pm), who informed me the doctor was on vacation, the office was closed and she would need to phone the “staff” and call me back. After 15 additional minutes, she called back asking how I booked the appointment and informing me I did not have a confirmed appointment. When I read her the appointment confirmation I received from ZocDoc she informed me she was unsure how I was booked over this portal but they never confirmed the appointment.
