I felt very at ease during my sessions. Bre has a very chill vibe, and I never felt any pressure to talk about anything I wasn't ready for.
Let you feel very relax and calm to talk.
Was not contacted by the office and did not receive a call back when i did reach out to them.

I used Zocdoc because I thought it was convenient. It is not. My appointment was not documented by the office because they said one was never confirmed. When I said I booked through Zocdoc, they said I needed to do a telehealth visit when I wanted and was able to choose an in-person appointment. If the office requires a phone call to confirm a visit, then what's the point of the app? It defeats the purpose to have an app if I still have to talk to someone on the phone. The app experience is not as seamless as advertised. Furthermore, the office said they don't offer in-person anywhere in Maryland, so why did they wind up on the filtered list for in-person appointments? I wasted time today and I won't use Zocdoc again.

I booked with Johante but was seen by Melody for intake. Fine. Filling out the paperwork and pre phone calls was a waste of time in addition to providing PII. I was on the video call for all of 10 minutes with my 14 year old son. Johante's description states that her office see teens that have ADHD. My son recently finished a virtual IOP program. Melody states that they don't see individuals that just finished IOP. Had their intake paperwork been more thorough I would have stated that. But there was not a question asked about previous therapies. Melody stated my son isn't a good fit for video but never stated why. She then states she would send recommendations for in person talk therapist. Never heard from the woman. I'm convinced since the covid-19 pandemic its rare that people want to give 100%, actually put in the hard work to do their job.
