I scheduled an in person appointment because that was what was advertised as available. I got a call and was told that no one in Ohio does in person (are we serious?) and that they were changing my appointment to a video call. I'm getting email and text confirmations that the appointment IS in person, so the day of I call 2.5 hours prior to check. I called twice and was not answered. An 1.5 hours later I called again and was told they cancelled my appointment because my insurance didn't cover a video appointment, and that they were *just* about to call me! One hour before my appointment they intended on letting me know they had cancelled it. This is my health, and completely unacceptable lack of communication; at this point it's neglect. 2/3 women over the phone also seemed uncaring and indifferent to me. I absolutely do not recommend this practice and will not be returning. Wasted time.

I would highly recommend! Clear communication, and took his time to explain the treatment plan, goals etc.. no wait time and I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly!
