I did not get to have a visit with any provider. When I called at my appointment time, I was told that I did not have an appointment and it is a third party app that has nothing to do with them. I tried explaining that I really needed the appointment but the lady was not able/willing to help me. I was devastated!!! I have been waiting for this appointment and to find out I wasn’t even scheduled. Unacceptable! Cannot play with peoples mental health

I’ve only met with Michelle to go over paperwork & ask tons of questions. Michelle then told me they have over 50 providers & she came up with Kirsten Burk. That’s exactly who I wanted to talk to without telling michelle. From Kirsten’s bio I knew she what’s who I wanted to talk to. So I’m looking forward to talking with her. So far a very good experience with Zocdoc.
