He was a great physician that looked at my ENT system as a whole and questioned why my symptoms were happening in the first place. The first ENT physician I saw kept treating the problems with antibiotics, tubes and suggesting surgery. Dr Gwinn was willing to listen to me annd explain his hypothesis and explain what he thought the cause was. Amazing physician highly recommend.

Dr. Gwinn and his staff were great! He and his medical assistant were very thorough with my extensive medical history, he explained things in great detail. Although it is unfortunate to have to see him due to medical issues, I’m greatly looking forward to great medical care to feel better!

I was there prior to my appointment time. I was called half an hour later than my appointment time. I get into the exam room, then I'm told the doctor is 2 hours behind. I was not told that he was going to be that late. Supposedly I was supposed to receive a phone call to tell me that so I could reschedule. I never did get a call.

I got to my appointment and they said the appointment was already booked. Instead of apologizing for the extreme inconvenience, the lady working at the front said she was “trying to accommodate me” as if accommodations are normally made for people who have appointments.
