Our care is offered through a simple membership model designed for transparency and ease. Monthly Membership Fees 16 to 29 years $50 30 to 44 years $75 45 to 60 years $100 60 years + $120 Cancel anytime (patients are only charged for the portion of the month used) Note: Health insurance is still recommended to cover labs, medications, imaging, specialist care, and hospitalization.
