New York & Florida Telehealth Services: In my practice, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a research-backed approach that helps individuals and couples break free from painful patterns and build deeper emotional security in their romantic relationships. Whether you're struggling with relationship disconnection, navigating a major life transition, or carry wounds from past experiences, our work together will help you move towards clarity, healing, and connection. Through an Emotionally Focused Therapy model, I offer to help couples with; breaking cycles of conflict and disconnection, in communicating in a way that fosters closeness, and working on building a secure, lasting bond where both partners feel seen and valued. For Individual Counseling, I offer you guidance with; understanding and regulating your emotions, healing attachment wounds that have and are impacting your relationships, and developing more self-confidence and deeper connections with others. With my expertise in attachment and emotional healing, I help clients in New York and Florida to create the secure, fulfilling relationships they are longing for.
