First time using ZOCDOC scheduled TWO appointments, when I called the doctors office the day before to confirm my appointment they said I did not have an appointment. ZOCDOC sent numerous emails confirming the appointment asking for uploads of id etc. I will NEVER use ZOCDOC again. I will NEVER call that DOCTOR EITHER,

The office staff is super friendly and welcoming. However, my cleaning was done by a hygienist, which is sometimes usual, but then was not seen by the dentist I booked with. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend to others.
