Told me specifically consultant was covered after the insurance company already told them it was not covered. Then they will just bill you. Clearly they just do a lot of exams that are not covered, but tell you they are covered, and bill you after the insurance denies their claim. The funny thing is the surgeon himself didn't even check my tooth and just sent someone to talk about the bill all the time. They give the patients false insurance information, don't care about the patients at all. Will never recommend it to anyone.

The appointment was fast, meaning I didn't have to wait for months to see the doctor. The nurse and the secretary were helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. I definitely recommend this doctor as well as the environment of the location. They were also upfront with the cost of treatment.

Just had 2 wisdom teeth taken out yesterday. It was quick and painless just like the other reviews said! That’s the reason I scheduled at this particular place and was so happy the reviews were true. I first did the 3D x ray, the tech and the surgeon went over the image with me, and then asked if I’d like the teeth taken out today. I was hesitant but went for it and like everyone said it was like a 10-15 minute procedure with local anesthetic which was very effective. I felt nothing and was on my way home right after.
The only down side was that my insurance didn’t cover the x ray for some reason…it was an expensive visit for that reason but that I’ll have to take up with my insurance provider. I wish the surgeon explained a little bit more of the procedure to me and I felt just a tiny bit rushed to let him know if we should pursue the extractions or not. But really it didn’t end up being necessary because there wasn’t much to it and I left very comfortable. Would definitely return!

If you're looking to get dental surgery or your wisdom teeth extracted, Dr.Mark is your guy ! From walking into the door to receiving post op instructions , the team was very friendly and informative.
I was very nervous about the procedure. Dr.Mark and his team assured me that they would take care of me. I decided to put on my headphones and listen to music during the procedure, the song was 2 minutes and 53 seconds. The procedure was done before the song ended. I was surprised and left the room with a smile on my face.
Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy quickly and the office checked in on me as well ! I am so thankful for an easy process. Thank you so much Dr. Mark N and team, I can't eat like a normal person again !!
You WON'T regret making an appointment with this office!

The staff was incredibly friendly. And also the person who took my x-rays made me so comfortable and at ease. The dentist doctor explained things that would come next and was in good spirits. The Financial person I would say made my visit… I felt like it was more about me and my teeth then ohh this cost this and that and money, money like literally most places I go to. I have had a traumatic experience when I was little so I always struggled with dentist but this place made me so comfortable that I am willing to go back because they have great bedside manners and care about the patient and didn’t drill Financial stuff down my throat. They are so on top of stuff like they text you and tell the next step what forms to fill out remind you of ur appointment and what to do before you come in. Awesome amazing first go around experience. Will write a review after my surgery to follow up!

The dental assistant that worked with me was very patient and understanding as she went over the procedure and dental plan. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable about the procedure and payment. Dr Mark bed side manners was excellent. Procefure was quick and painless. I had a very good experience.

I had my daughter's tooth pulled out. It probably was the fastest dental service we experienced. We didn't wait long, from the time we checked in until the procedure is done, only took 30-40 min. Dr. Niznikiewicz and his asst. properly introduced themselves and explained the procedure well. All of them are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Had my molar extracted by Dr. Mark 4-1/2 hours ago. Still no pain. process done in an amazing and very short amount of time; he is compassionate and professional. I’ve always had horrible experiences in the past with dentists because I’m super sensitive (gums and teeth) and experienced severe pain after having two teeth pulled over my lifetime. Not this time!! Dr. Mark is an Excellent Doctor. I highly recommend him. And a lovely and professional staff.

Amazing staff and Dentist!!! It is really hard to find an oral surgeon that will work with both primary and secondary insurance. I called many and they were dismissive but Dr. Mark and the office staff checked into my insurance and my husband's insurance to see what was covered. I guess the others don't want to be bothered but not this office. This office is great and I highly recommend. One more thing, if you live in NYC, you can take the Metro North to the office. It's walking distance from the station.

I live in NJ and went all the way to this office because of the reviews. Let me just tell you, it lives up to the hype. All the staff are super friendly, I was seen right away, and the surgeon was absolutely amazing. I’ve been there twice for wisdom teeth removal. I complimented the surgeon on my second visit because he was so great the first time. The removal was really quick and pretty painless. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortability & professionalism.

My appointment was brief. Since I already filled up all the information sent to my email, once I got there I only waited a few minutes then I was called to get in. After X-ray, Dr. Mark saw me and explained what to be done and started the procedure. After 2 minutes my wisdom tooth was pulled out. His Assistant is also very friendly. In total my appointment was more or less 30 minutes.
