I was amazed at how well this office dealt with me. my previous dentist office was like a circus. I come to this new dentist office staff was amazing even down to the receptionist, but she also had a white coat so I'm guess she was a doctor. Everyone here was pleasant they were very professional. I don't remember the lady's name that cleaned my teeth, but ohhh man very smart she even educated me, then introduced me to the doctor I signed up to see he was amazing.. all around this place is hands down amazing. I was so pleased I was telling everyone about this place. I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you team your office made my visit very comforting, and so relaxing.

Dentist was ok. Did his job right to the point. The talk about this maybe expensive or not something cheaper maybe. Just felt it wasn't care it more like get this one and get paid.
Did not feel comfortable at all. The dentist hygienist was excellent very attentive. Reception said something I didn't like ....... oh DETLA dental Hey . Does that mean guaranteed payment. Don't know if I'll go back. Something to think about .
Than sat with Financial services afterwards. It wasn't friendly and comfortable.
More like ok let's get them in and get them out!!

I had a great visit with Dr. Ron Arbuckle today. He was polite, pleasant and professional. All the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend him to new patients.

Call the office before your visit. I was notified by the receptionist that ZocDoc is supposed to let patient know they need to call the office at time of scheduling, but I was not made aware of this. My doctor could not take my insurance even though ZocDoc said she could. I ended up not getting any treatment and needed to reschedule.

I can’t say enough good things about the Doctor and the staff, between helping me with my fear of dental procedures to an amazing cosmetic change after just my first visit I can’t recommend these guys enough!! I have found a dentist for life.
