I had an appointment with Dr. Motaz Alshami and I am very grateful for his professionalism and attitude toward patients. He was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely interested in understanding my situation. Even though I do not speak English well, Dr. Alshami patiently communicated with me using Google Translate. I felt uncomfortable because it created extra inconvenience for him, but he never showed irritation and never asked me to come with an interpreter. Like a true doctor, he did not focus on the inconvenience. He stayed focused on my symptoms and showed a strong desire to understand my condition and help me despite the language barrier. He carefully listened to everything that was bothering me and prescribed treatment. I had been suffering for a long time, but even after the first visit, before starting the treatment, I already felt relief because someone finally listened to me and understood me. Thank you very much, Dr. Alshami.
