I bring almost 50 years of experience, substantial training, and compassion to my work. My work helps people find their authentic voice. I focus on developing a greater sense of awareness and presence. I believe that we all want to be understood and accepted at a deep level. My therapy process values the therapeutic relationship, the search for wholeness and authenticity and is a collaborative interactive experience. I create a safe, accepting and caring environment that I hope is also challenging and enlivening to my clients. I have been trained and certified in psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and group therapy. I work with individuals, groups and couples. We are born into the world of interpersonal relationships. We grow and develop in the relational matrix. Just as dysfunctions in the relational world can wound us it also takes the relational world to heal us.
