Dr. Arrat has a long history of research at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, with publications in various medical journals, and has been awarded a U.S. patent related to an ALS medication substrate.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Damascus Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn (formerly Oakwood Hospital). Dr. Arrat is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He holds professional memberships in the American Medical Association and has a Certificate of Comparative Medicine.
When not treating his patients, Dr. Arrat enjoys watching movies, cooking, and spending time with his wife and three children.
