I’ve seen a few therapists while trying to better understand myself, and I genuinely can’t recommend Camila enough. She doesn’t just sit there and let you rant. She actually digs into what’s going on and helps you understand yourself on a deeper level. That’s rare. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve learned something real about myself, not just talked in circles. If you want a therapist with actual depth who engages and helps you grow, Camila is it. I wouldn’t bother writing this if I didn’t honestly feel like she’s been a positive influence in my life.
