Haven Within Creative Arts Therapy

My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the whole person is welcomed. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends evidence-based therapies like EMDR and parts work (IFS) with creative and body-based practices, including art therapy and mindfulness. This helps us move beyond just talking, and into processing and expressing what’s been held. I often support clients through life transitions, trauma, relationships, identity shifts, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, and grief. Our work is collaborative, paced with care, and tailored to what feels most supportive for you.
