I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 15 years’ experience providing social services to youth and families and mental health counseling to children, teens, and adults. I have worked with diverse clients along the spectrum of needs seeking help with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, chronic health issues, trauma, parenting, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. HavreDe has been an amazing support on my journey to health. I faced a breast cancer diagnosis and wanted to really understand how to make my body and mind healthy after surgery. Of course, I followed my doctor's protocols, but having someone who could help with a more wholistic mindset and look at the mind-body-spirit connection has meant everything. HavreDe has been a godsend in getting me to the next level of health. She is incredibly patient in explaining everything to me and making sure I feel comfortable. She has what seems like an intuitive sense in what I may or may not be comfortable with and how to move forward.
