Now Accepting New Patients – Ages 16 and Older We are welcoming new patients ages 16 and older for comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. Our providers offer compassionate, individualized care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, memory and cognitive concerns, and more. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or looking for a new provider, we're here to partner with you on your path to feeling better. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to psychiatric evaluations and medication management, we offer: - ADHD assessment and testing to help clarify diagnosis and guide treatment - ADHD testing and documentation for academic accommodations in college or graduate school, such as extended testing time or a reduced-distraction testing environment - Autism/Asperger's screening - Neurocognitive testing to assess memory, attention, and other thinking skills, and to help identify signs of dementia, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or age-related cognitive decline - Pre-surgical psychiatric evaluations for bariatric surgery clearance, including documentation for your surgical team and insurance - Urine biomarker nutritional assessment to help identify nutritional factors that may be affecting your mental health - FMLA and short-term disability assessments, including evaluation and completion of required documentation For adults whose depression hasn't improved with traditional treatments, we also offer two advanced options: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray. TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (TMS) TMS Depression Center of Mansfield uses MagVenture TMS devices, which are FDA-cleared for the treatment of major depressive disorder. TMS is a non-invasive, medication-free treatment that delivers magnetic pulses to specific areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. These areas are often underactive in people with depression, and stimulating them can improve the brain's ability to regulate mood. Sessions take place in our office, require no anesthesia, and patients can drive themselves home and return to normal activities afterward. SPRAVATO® (ESKETAMINE) NASAL SPRAY SPRAVATO® is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD), either on its own or along with an oral antidepressant. It is also used along with an oral antidepressant to treat depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) who have suicidal thoughts or actions. SPRAVATO® is taken in our certified treatment center under the supervision of a healthcare provider, and patients are monitored for at least two hours after each dose. Patients must arrange a ride home and should not drive until the next day after a restful sleep.
