Today’s visit was actually really motivating. I felt comfortable being honest about where I’m at, and I wasn’t judged for it. We talked through my goals, what’s been working, and what hasn’t, which made me feel more understood instead of pressured.
I appreciated that the focus wasn’t just on the number on the scale, but also on building healthier habits and staying consistent. I left with a clearer plan and more confidence in what I need to do next.
Overall, it reminded me that progress takes time, but I’m moving in the right direction. Staying committed is the main goal now.
