Dr. Was very helpful in medication review and treatment. This was a new patient visit as my primary retired. Finding a new doctor in today’s climate is difficult! Finding one that actually cares and listens with patience and acknowledgment is rare.
His staff also has been extremely helpful as I am transitioning from commercial employer insurance to Medicare in March and I had several questions and concerns regarding coverage of medications and insurance formulary questions. Highly recommend

The doctor was very thorough with gathering all information, medical history, and diagnostics. He was to the point, and asks questions that I didn't even think to ask. Results from the diagnostics done at my appointment took some time to come back. However, with smaller facilities, this is a common issue, so I wasn't upset by it. He seems to be a very thorough, knowledgable, and experienced doctor. At my first appointment, he seemed a little cautious; he didn't jump to any conclusions, which is refreshing. My case may take a few years to figure out what's going on with me, but from what I experienced with this doctor so far, I don't see myself trying to find another at the moment.

Dr was understanding and clearly compassionate about his profession, good bedside manner and spent the time to talk over symptoms etc. when a lot of drs today see the patient for 5 minutes if you’re lucky.

Dr. Kanter and his staff made me feel like I had found my new doctor. My previous PCP retired and I needed someone who would give me the attention and care I require. My experience today made me more comfortable than I expected.

My experiences with this office was less than ideal. My original appointment was made and it was during a staff meeting. I understood mistakes happen, the doctor came right out to apologize and offered to see me right then, but at that point I had to go. Appointment 2, I was taken in right away, but the nurse told me to go in a room that was occupied with and owned patient. After I opened the door she apologized, corrected her mistake and informed me to go to another room. That was embarrassing for me as I am sure the other patient I walked in on. I had blood taken that day and took over 5 days, which I had to call to get the results. The first blamed that it wasn't in yet, then they said the results were missed by the doctor... At appointment 3, I was numerously talked down to and felt stupid as I was instructed or lack there of. I will say always have multiple open appointments. The doctor does not rush you out of the room. I wanted to like him but this isn't for me.

I need to say this review should remain in limbo. I had a blood test on Monday. He said he'd call on Tuesday. In his call, he would advise me about going forward. It is now nearly a week later with no contact. I'll leave it at that for now.
