Nabiha is a licensed clinical social worker and has been in the field for over 10 years. She uses a combination of modalities and treatment methods throughout the healing process. Nabiha specializes in faith/spirituality, women's issues & postpartum, trauma, depression, anxiety, and culture-based struggles. She has a passion to work with multicultural individuals, particularly Muslim, South Asian, and Middle Eastern populations, though is comfortable and experienced in treating all beliefs, races, and ethnicities. Nabiha is fluent in Urdu, familiar with Spanish, Punjabi, and Arabic, and has an extensive working with all ages, including children and elder adults. Nabiha believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, the role of the therapist is to be the bridge toward the path of establishing wellness. Her journey to becoming a therapist developed as a result of wanting to help others, and she has a heartfelt love for her work. She enjoys practicing her faith, spending time with her family, trying new recipes, and reading.
